Basketball Recap: Twelve Bridges Takes a Loss

If Twelve Bridges was riding high fresh off their 66-33 takedown of Wheatland on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raging Rhinos were just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 49-48 to the Nevada Union Miners. The matchup marked the Raging Rhinos' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Twelve Bridges fell to 6-1. As for Nevada Union, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Twelve Bridges will face off against Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raging Rhinos are facing the Fighting Zebras at the right time seeing as the Fighting Zebras are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Nevada Union, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bear River at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
