Soccer Recap: Central Triumphs

Central won the last time they faced Southwest EC and things went their way on Friday too. The Central Spartans came out on top against the Southwest EC Eagles by a score of 3-1.

Ariana Peraza and Elyssa Ochoa scored all three of Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-4-1. As for Southwest EC, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-11-2.

Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Brawley on the 21st. Southwest EC has also already played their next game, a 4-1 loss against Imperial on the 21st.
