Baseball Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Citizens Christian Academy

Citizens Christian Academy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders with a sharp 9-1 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-0 on Monday.

Landon Williams was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March. Jonathan Rutland was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Citizens Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
