Southeast Colorado entered their tilt with Lamar on Thursday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Thunder. The Angels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Thunder, too.

Southeast Colorado's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Lamar, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Southeast Colorado will take on rival La Junta at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lamar is set to challenge their familiar foe Alamosa at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
