Softball Recap: Greeley West Takes a Loss

Greeley West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakewood Tigers. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Greeley West's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Lakewood, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 17-8.

As of now, neither Greeley West nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
