Softball Game Preview: St. Albert Falcons vs. East Mills

St. Albert is on a four-game streak of home losses, and East Mills a 12-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The St. Albert Falcons will welcome East Mills at 5:30 p.m. East Mills took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on St. Albert, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with 12 defeats in a row, St. Albert turned things around against Harlan on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Cyclones with a sharp 9-2 win. The Falcons not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 27th (when they won 11-1).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, East Mills was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They lost 19-1 to Bedford.

St. Albert's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for East Mills, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.

St. Albert took their win against East Mills when the teams last played back in July of 2024 by a conclusive 12-0 score. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do East Mills have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
