Soccer Recap: Minarets Comes Up Short

Minarets lost against Fresno Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Minarets Mustangs lost 11-1 to the Fresno Christian Eagles. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Mustangs were already down 6-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Allison DeMasters, who's now up to six this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Minarets and nudges their season record down to 10-6-2. As for Fresno Christian, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.

Minarets wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 loss against Yosemite on the 11th. As for Fresno Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 9-0 win against Riverdale on the 11th.
