Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Augusta). They put the hurt on the McPherson Bullpups with a sharp 50-29 victory on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Orioles needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The win snapped Augusta's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record. As for McPherson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
