Football Recap: Quinter Sets Scoring Season-High Against Ness City

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Quinter). They enjoyed a cozy 34-18 victory over the Ness City Eagles on Friday. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered an 18-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Quinter and bumps their season record up to 2-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.0 points over those games. As for Ness City, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Quinter will square off against LaCrosse on Friday. As for Ness City, they will take on Wichita County on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Indians have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
