Softball Recap: Nodaway Valley Comes Up Short

Nodaway Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Southeast Warren Warhawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-3 back in June.

Nodaway Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Southeast Warren, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Nodaway Valley has already played their next match, a 5-0 victory against Central Decatur on the 2nd. As for Southeast Warren, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 win against Murray on the 2nd.
