Littlefork-Big Falls will be hoping to build upon the 14-6 win they picked up against Lake of the Woods/Indus/Rainy River the last time they played.

Littlefork-Big Falls made easy work of McGregor last week and carried off a 42-14 win. Littlefork-Big Falls were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, Lake of the Woods/Indus/Rainy River were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 14-18 to Ely. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Lake of the Woods/Indus/Rainy River.

Littlefork-Big Falls's victory lifted them to 1-2 while Lake of the Woods/Indus/Rainy River's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll see if Littlefork-Big Falls' success rolls on or if Lake of the Woods/Indus/Rainy River are able to steal their positive momentum.
