Softball Game Preview: Charlton County Indians vs. Brunswick Pirates

For the second straight game, Charlton County will face off against Brunswick. The Indians will look to defend their home field on Monday against the Pirates at 5:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Charlton County didn't have quite enough to beat Brunswick and fell 6-5. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Christiona Farmer was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Farmer is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Callie Carter was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

The victory got Brunswick back to even at 1-1. As for Charlton County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1.
