Baseball Preview: Roxana Shells vs. Carlinville Cavaliers

The Shells will look to defend their home field against the Cavaliers at 4:30 p.m. Roxana's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Carlinville's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Things were looking good for Roxana after they put the first run on the board on Saturday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Triad by a score of 5-4.

On the hitting side, Max Autery made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and one double.
