Soccer Game Preview: Fairview vs. Field

The Fairview Warriors will face off against the Field Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Fairview is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

Fairview's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Open Door Christian. Fairview's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matchups.

Meanwhile, Field's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Revere, sneaking past 2-1. Kaiden Wilson had to tread lightly for part of the match after he was hit with a yellow card, but that was the only trouble Field got from the refs.

Cedric Martin was the driving force of Field's attack as he scored both of Field's goals, bringing his season total up to 15 goals.

Field's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Fairview, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-3.
