Meanwhile, San Dieguito Academy took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-16 victory over Canyon Crest Academy. The match marked the Mustangs' most dominant win of the season.

San Dieguito Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.2 points over those games. As for Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 8-16.
