Volleyball Recap: Bethany Christian Takes a Loss

Bethany Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Lakeland Lakers, falling 3-0. The Bruins were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lakers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Bethany Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Lakeland work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-6, 27-25.

Bethany Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Lakeland, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-10.

Looking ahead, Bethany Christian will take on Goshen HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeland, they will face off against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
