West Hall fell victim to Jefferson and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Jefferson Dragons, falling 6-0. The Spartans' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

West Hall got a good showing from Jack Lemoine, who pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Lemoine also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because West Hall is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 2-10 otherwise.

West Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Jefferson, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.

West Hall will welcome Monroe Area at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jefferson, they will venture away from home to square off against Oconee County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
