Eagle Rock is 8-1 against Wilson since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Eagles will take on the Mules at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Eagle Rock's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.

Eagle Rock hadn't beaten Franklin on the road since October 19, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Eagles took down the Panthers 42-28.

Eagle Rock's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Liam Pasten, who threw for 290 yards and four TDs while picking up 12.6 yards per attempt. Melion Busano helped Pasten out on the ground, rushing for 92 yards and one score, while also catching one touchdown.

Special teams also played a big role in the game for Eagle Rock, adding 11 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Busano, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Wilson came up short against Lincoln on Friday and fell 33-24. The Mules have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eagle Rock's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 24.5 points. As for Wilson, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything came up roses for Eagle Rock against Wilson in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 41-7 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
