Softball Recap: Mitchell Comes Up Short

Mitchell played against Falcon on Friday and lost via forfeit.

Mitchell's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Falcon, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mitchell will welcome Woodland Park at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Marauders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season. As for Falcon, they will square off against Vista Ridge at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
