Football Recap: Tuscarora Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Tuscarora's offense. They were beaten by the Frederick Cadets 42-0 on Friday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Cadets recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Landon Rosenberg threw for 67 yards on six of 22 attempts.

Frederick's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Miles Robinson, who rushed for 29 yards and a pair of scores, and also threw for 105 yards and one TD. Another back making a difference was Nas Jones, who rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown on only five carries.

Tuscarora's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Frederick, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season.

Tuscarora didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 44-26 loss against Governor Thomas Johnson on the 17th. As for Frederick, they have also already played their next contest, a 44-33 defeat against Urbana on the 17th.
