Basketball Game Preview: Vista Panthers vs. Mission Vista

The Vista Panthers are taking a road trip to square off against Mission Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Vista faced off against El Camino on Friday. Vista lost 54-29 to El Camino. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Mission Vista entered their tilt with San Dieguito Academy on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They escaped with a win against the Mustangs by the margin of a single free throw, 38-37.

Vista better keep an eye on Jordynn Rogers. She was instrumental in Mission Vista's win, putting up ten points.

Mission Vista pushed their record up to 11-12 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 8-15.

Vista and Mission Vista were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup two weeks ago, but Vista came up empty-handed after a 46-45 defeat. Can Vista avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
