Soccer Game Preview: Chatsworth vs. Arleta

The Chatsworth Chancellors will square off against the Arleta Mustangs at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chatsworth is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Gertz-Ressler get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory. Isabella Farrington was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Arleta, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Magnolia Science Academy Reseda 1-0.

Chatsworth's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Arleta, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
