Eastlake and Eastwood are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2020, but not for long. The Falcons will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Troopers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Eastlake sitting on eight straight wins and Eastwood on five.

On Friday, Eastlake made easy work of Montwood and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Eastlake walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-10, 25-18, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Eastwood got the win against Socorro on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-5, 25-16.

Eastwood's victory bumped their record up to 29-6. As for Eastlake, their win bumped their record up to 30-3.

Everything went Eastlake's way against Eastwood in their previous meeting back in September, as Eastlake made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Troopers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
