Softball Recap: Mesa Ridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mesa Ridge's last matchup with Pueblo Centennial could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Monday. The Grizzlies lost 11-3 to the Bulldogs. If the Grizzlies were looking for revenge after losing 9-7 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mesa Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Pueblo Centennial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mesa Ridge will challenge Widefield at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pueblo Centennial, they will face off against Pueblo County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hornets' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
