Josiah Masters was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Will McCure, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Cherokee Christian is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-10 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.5 runs. As for Cornerstone Prep Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
