Basketball Game Preview: Rancho San Juan Trailblazers vs. Stevenson Pirates

The Rancho San Juan Trailblazers will head out on the road to take on the Stevenson Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Rancho San Juan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 35-29 to Carmel. The Trailblazers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Stevenson unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 45-37 to Pacific Grove.

Rancho San Juan's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Stevenson, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4.

Rancho San Juan suffered a grim 43-20 defeat to Stevenson in their previous meeting back in January. Can Rancho San Juan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
