Softball Recap: Yutan-Mead Beats North Bend Central for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Yutan-Mead strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the North Bend Central Tigers by a score of 7-4. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Adie Gale was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Yutan-Mead's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for North Bend Central, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Yutan-Mead is taking a road trip to face off against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Yutan-Mead's pitchers better be ready for this one: Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. As for North Bend Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-6 loss against Raymond Central on the 26th.
