Soccer Recap: Denver Takes a Loss

Denver lost against North Fayette Valley back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cyclones lost 3-0 to North Fayette Valley. That's two games in a row now that Denver have lost by exactly three goals.

Denver's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for North Fayette Valley, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Denver will square off against Gladbrook-Reinbeck at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Denver will need to watch out since Gladbrook-Reinbeck have now posted at least four goals in their last four matchups. As for North Fayette Valley, they will face off against Cedar Falls at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
