Softball Recap: Jenks Takes a Loss

Jenks fell victim to Tahlequah and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. Trojans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Tigers since Thursday.

Jenks has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-16-1 record this season. As for Tahlequah, they are on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 26 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-5-1 record this season.

Jenks will welcome Charles Page at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Tahlequah, they will head out to take on Bixby at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
