Football Recap: Patterson Takes a Loss

Patterson fell victim to Chesapeake and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 24-0. The Clippers just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Patterson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chesapeake, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Patterson will face off against City College at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Clippers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Chesapeake, they will take on First State Military Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
