Softball Recap: Arlington Comes Up Short

Arlington kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against O'Neill, falling 9-3. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

Arlington saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Savannah Lang, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

The win got O'Neill back to even at 1-1.

Arlington has already played their next game, a 7-6 loss against Pierce on the 23rd. As for O'Neill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-4 defeat against Twin River on the 23rd.
