Soccer Recap: Pilibos Takes a Loss

After flying high against Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) last Wednesday, Pilibos came back down to earth. The Pilibos Eagles fell just short of the Le Lycee Lions by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Pilibos' loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 1-1-1 and their overall record down to 2-2-1. As for Le Lycee, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pilibos will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on de Toledo at 12:45 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for Le Lycee, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Le Lycee take on the Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
