Ava Hazelton made a splash, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Old Forge back in April of 2025, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her sixth in a row with five or more strikeouts. On the year, Hazelton has an ERA of 3.76 over 35.1 innings pitched.
