Salem had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Lincolnwood Lancers on Wednesday. Considering Salem have won 15 contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Lincolnwood with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eli Baker (3), Robby Shober (2), Caleb Purintun (2), and Holden Richardson.

The win (which was Salem's third in a row) raised their record to 19-3. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Lincolnwood, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

As of now, neither Salem nor the Lancers have any future games scheduled.
