Softball Recap: East Union Takes a Loss

East Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took an 18-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lenox Tigers. Even if the Eagles couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

East Union's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Lenox, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-11.

East Union has already played their next game (against Wayne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lenox, they will host Lamoni at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
