Soccer Recap: South Pasadena Has No Trouble Against Santa Fe

With a playoff win on the line, South Pasadena rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Santa Fe Chiefs with a sharp 6-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Their offense was hitting Santa Fe from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Kaia Trainedes led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

South Pasadena's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Santa Fe, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-10.

Looking ahead, South Pasadena will take on La Mirada at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Fe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
