Lee's Summit West and Blue Springs are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but likely not for long. The Titans are taking a road trip to square off against the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Lee's Summit West will be strutting in after a win while Blue Springs will be coming in after a defeat.

Lee's Summit West will bounce into Monday's matchup after beating Blue Springs South, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Titans had just enough and edged out the Jaguars 4-3 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Blue Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Raymore-Peculiar.

The victory got Lee's Summit West back to even at 3-3. As for Blue Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Lee's Summit West beat Blue Springs 5-0 in their previous meeting on September 10th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
