Soccer Recap: San Marcos Takes a Loss

If San Marcos was riding high fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Carpinteria last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The San Marcos Royals fell just short of the Oxnard Yellowjackets by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Royals in their matchups with the Yellowjackets: they've now lost three in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, San Marcos fell to 2-1. As for Oxnard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
