Baseball Recap: Dover-Sherborn Comes Up Short

Dover-Sherborn lost to Sharon back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Jackson Shusda made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Dover-Sherborn has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season. As for Sharon, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.

As of now, neither Dover-Sherborn nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
