The Hillcrest Huskies will take on the Taylorsville Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Hillcrest took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. Everything went their way against Cyprus as they made off with a 42-20 victory. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Huskies just coasted through the last quarter.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Taylorsville). They walked away with a 21-14 win over Kearns on Friday.

Taylorsville's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Hillcrest, they moved to 2-6 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
