Grove Christian School is 9-1 against The New Community School since August of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sabers at 5:45 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Grove Christian School is returning to their home court after beating Grace Christian School on theirs, despite the fact Grace Christian School has dominated at home this season. The Falcons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Kings on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted since September 11th.

Grove Christian School was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-15, 18-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-11.

Meanwhile, The New Community School beat Guardian Christian Academy 3-1 last Monday. The Sabers haven't had any issues with the Royal Knights recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 14-25, 25-17, 26-24.

The New Community School's victory bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Grove Christian School, their win bumped their record up to 15-6.

Grove Christian School skirted past The New Community School 2-1 in their previous meeting back in August. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Sabers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
