Deshler strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Wilson Warriors 49-6. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Tigers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings (they are ranked 112th, while the Warriors are ranked 330th).

A big part of Deshler's victory came down to the chemistry between Price Thornton and his top target Camden Fuller. Thornton threw for 246 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes while Fuller picked up 79 receiving yards and one TD.

Deshler's record now sits at 4-0. As for Wilson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Deshler will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Colbert County at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Wilson, they will take on Brooks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
