Softball Recap: Plattsmouth Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Yutan-Mead, Plattsmouth was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Centennial Broncos.

The team relied heavily on Ruby Campin, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Plattsmouth's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Centennial, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-9.

Coincidentally, Plattsmouth and Centennial will both be playing Douglas County West the next time they take the field. The Broncos will head out to face the Falcon at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Blue Devils will play them later in the day, at 12:30 p.m.
