Basketball Recap: Pescadero Has No Trouble Against KIPP San Jose Collegiate

It's playoff time, and Pescadero had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 39-25. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Taide Garcia Zepeda, who posted nine points. Another player making a difference was Aliyana Amezcua, who scored six points.

Pescadero's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Pescadero wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 50-31 loss against Kehillah on the 18th. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, they have also already played their next contest, a 35-31 defeat against Oakwood on the 21st.
