Football Game Preview: Frazee Hornets vs. Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines + How To Watch

The Frazee Hornets will head out on the road to square off against the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Frazee lost to Parkers Prairie on the road by a 31-12 margin. The contest marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Wadena-Deer Creek never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Menahga on Friday. They secured a 36-30 W over the Braves. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Wadena-Deer Creek's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Frazee, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Frazee against Wadena-Deer Creek in their previous meeting back in October of 2019, as the squad secured a 45-7 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
