Baseball Recap: Central Crossing Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Central Crossing had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Madison Plains Golden Eagles on Monday, sneaking past 7-5.

Central Crossing's victory bumped their record up to 4-21. As for Madison Plains, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-11.

Looking ahead, Central Crossing will take on Bishop Ready at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silver Knights will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Madison Plains, they will host Southeastern Local at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
