Soccer Recap: Bayfront Charter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Varsity Opponent back in December of 2024, Bayfront Charter came back down to earth. The Bayfront Charter Sharks lost 10-3 to the Lincoln Hornets on Wednesday. The Sharks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 7-1.

Bayfront Charter dropped their record down to 1-5-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Lincoln, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bayfront Charter will host High Tech CV at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Logan Memorial Education Campus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln is facing Logan Memorial Education Campus at the right time seeing as Logan Memorial Education Campus is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
