Softball Recap: Glidden-Ralston Has No Trouble Against Alta-Aurelia

While Glidden-Ralston didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the Alta-Aurelia Warriors on Thursday as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Glidden-Ralston and bumps their season record up to 11-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 2-11 Alta-Aurelia and 2-6 Northwest Webster. As for Alta-Aurelia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-11.

Glidden-Ralston has already played their next game (against CAM), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Alta-Aurelia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-5 defeat against Northwest Webster on the 20th.
