Soccer Recap: Clovis East Takes a Loss

Clovis East was the 2-1 winner over Bullard when they last played one another back in February of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Timberwolves fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Clovis East can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 90th, while Bullard are ranked 26th).

Clovis East's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-4. As for Bullard, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2-1.

Looking ahead, Clovis East will challenge Kerman at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bullard, they will face off against Edison at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Bullard's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
