Basketball Recap: Mifflinburg Takes a Loss

Mifflinburg was the 44-39 winner over Montoursville when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Mifflinburg Wildcats took a 48-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Montoursville Warriors. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mifflinburg's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Montoursville, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 4-17.

Coming up, Mifflinburg will venture away from home to take on Line Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Montoursville, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Neumann Regional Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
